Renting

 

Looking amazing has never been this easy and affordable, but of course we do have a few rules. These terms and conditions/agreement are a legal agreement between you and Rent From Rose.

All rentals must be returned as per terms and conditions. Your rental is for the period of time you rent it for and you must return your item(s) in the same condition you received it in. You have no right to the goods after the expiry date of your rental agreement. For every further day you are late to return your item(s) you will be charged $30 per day. Rent It From Rose remain the legal owner of all garments at all times.

 

We are responsible for providing you a garment(s) that are in great condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of the garment when they arrive, please let us know within 3 hours of receiving it so we can resolve this problem as soon as possible. Any marks/damage seen on the dress/garment(s) when it arrives back to us, from you, will be deemed the customers responsibilities and you will be required to fund extra dry cleaning.

 

If the garment(s) is retuned in an unusable condition due to stains/marks/dirty/cigarette marks or any other damage, the customer is liable for the full replacement fee’s  which is 100of original price. The replacement fee is decided by Rent It From Rose and may be altered by us at any point.

 

Items lent to you online from Rent It From Rose are at your own risk. Should they not fit or incase of a change of mind, no refunds will be given.

 

If the item is not returned to a post office by 2pm the following business day after your event, you will incur a late fee of $30 for this day and each additional day you retain the item.

 

If the item is not returned within 3 business days following your event  day, you will be charged the full rental price of the next weekends hire. If the item hired is not retuned for 2 weeks after your event hire date you will be charged 100of the original dress price. Rent from Rose decide this replacement fee and they have the right to alter this price at any time.

 

If you return your borrowed item with any damages you will also need to pay a full replacement fee of the item and also any refunds for rentals that you have effected in the following weeks. Rent From Rose decide this price and have the right to change it at any time. Rent from Rose have the right to take all action needed to collect correct payments from you, included but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies Rent It From Rose reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes, even if it has already requested or received payment.

 

If you lose the return packaging provided for you by Rent From Rose, you are responsible for providing your own packaging and courier/tracking service and goods must be returned by original agreed return date. You must supply Rent From Rose with your tracking number.

 

Upon submitting an order from Rent From Rose, we agree to deliver the goods ordered including the specific size, colour and design, on the date which you have requested delivery at the address noted in the order. Please insure someone is home to collect your Rent It From Rose package when it is delivered. Rent From Rose is not responsible for any packages left unattended, any theft that may take place or any un-delivered items. If theft or loss does occur you will need to pay a 100r% replacement fee.
